Seabrook Island Amenities

The amenity cards included with your stay on Otter Lane permit access to club and property owner facilities below. All locations are a short bike ride from the Otter Lane property.

The Club at Seabrook has Oceanside pools, two championship golf courses, tennis courts, equestrian center, and lessons for all items mentioned. To take a virtual tour of the Club, please click here.

The Lake House is a brand new, state of the art recreational facility. From indoor and outdoor heated salt water pools, to the 6000 sq. foot fitness center; this is the place to go. The Beach Club is located right on the Atlantic Ocean. It has separate pools for children and adults. Have a casual lunch or dinner at The Pelican’s Nest or browse The Seabrook Shoppe.

Seabrook Island has carefully preserved and protected its beautiful and unspoiled expanse of beach. North Beach stretches along the sparkling Atlantic Ocean and Pelican Beach leads up to the mouth of the pristine North Edisto River. Seabrook Island guests always have the option of swimming, shelling, fishing, crabbing, jogging, or simply walking the island's breathtaking shoreline-any time of the day or night.

Thirty minutes south of historic Charleston, Seabrook Island's 2,200-acres are like a resort within a private reserve. With
undisturbed, natural surroundings, Seabrook is a little quieter, less crowded, and largely residential in character. Thus, Seabrook Island is a rare treasure and unexpected retreat.

Located within the Seabrook gates are The Pelican’s Nest, Poolside Grill, Bohicket Lounge, and the Palmetto Room. Located outside the gates at the Marina are Lucy’s Red Sky Grill, Fischer’s Sports Bar & Pub, Rosebank Farms Café, Danny’s Pizza, and Red’s Ice House. Located at the Freshfield’s Village are Hege’s Restaurant, King Street Grille, Ladels, Java Java, La Tela Pizzeria, and Vincent’s Drug Store & Soda Fountain Shop.

Shopping/Things To Do:
Seabrook offers a bevy of shopping starting with The Seabrook Shoppe! Pick up apparel, gifts, snacks, gourmet food, coffee, beer and wine closeby or walk to the nearby Bohicket Marina. The marina hosts shops, restaurants and spas. Another option, just outside Seabrook is Freshfields Village, which has boutique shops, eateries and a beautifully-stocked full-service supermarket - just a bikeride away!

Seabrook Island has a fun-filled, jam packed calendar of events sure to appeal to both families and couples. From tennis tournaments to crafts, you are sure to find something to suit your fancy!
